Contact
A producer will contact you a short time after your purchase to schedule your video recording. Ensure all facilities and participants are available, as rescheduling fees may apply. Please contact your producer within 3 business days of the scheduled time if you need to reschedule.
Planning and Content
Think about the unique aspects of your business you’d like your customers to know. Is there a customer or employee you would like to appear in your video? Make sure they’re available during the scheduled time and are willing to sign a waiver. Of course, you’ll want your place of business to looks its best the day of the recording. Finally, we recommend against including pricing or other time-sensitive information in your video, as edits after the initial version are subject to additional fees.
Timing
With your prompt availability for scheduling, the Video Shoot will be completed within weeks of placing your order. You’ll receive an email with a link to your completed video ad. You’ll have 7 days to review your video, after which your video will be placed online.
