- Idearc Media reserves the right to review and reject any video content that is considered or deemed controversial and/or derogatory.
- Video content that is considered lewd, suggestive or visually offensive will be refused. Unacceptable video content may include but is not limited to:
- Nudity
- Males and/or females wearing lingerie and undergarments
- Adult oriented toys and/or materials beyond lingerie and undergarments
- Graphic depictions of private anatomy, even in silhouette
- Scantily clad figures (men and women) in suggestive poses
- Violent or disturbing images or artwork
- Sexual or sensual innuendos, references, and image
- Sexually suggestive or seductive language
- Violent or disturbing audio/language
- Sexually charged audio/language
- Vulgar and obscene audio/language
- Customers in categories deemed sensitive may have an initial pop-up window that provides a disclaimer to the individual clicking on the video icon. This list of categories is subject to change at any time. The user will have to click “Yes” in order to play the video.
- Some categories are not eligible for video advertising. Speak to your sales representative for further details. Idearc reserves the right to refuse advertising that does not meet Idearc Standards and Ethics policies.
- Advertisers are responsible for following all applicable state and federal laws.
